The pieces of real estate are located in the historical centre of the town, between the streets: Sienkiewicza, Św. Jana, Sobieskiego.
It is proposed that the real estate be developed for residential and services development bearing the features of a downtown area.
The area is designated according to arrangements of the local spatial development plan for the town of Wejherowo:
The pieces of real estate are located in unit: Wejherowo Downtown [Wejherowo Śródmieście] - northern part, in the zone of a residential and service development being designed and bearing the features of a downtown area, where all kinds of uses are admissible with the exception of:
- use causing stress exceeding specific standard values and going beyond the limit of ownership of an estate on which the facilities are located;
- agricultural cultivation and live-stock breeding;
- individual garages and detached farmstead buildings;
- appliances for the production and acquisition of gas, electric power, water, steam, main supply points [GPZ], sewage treatment plants, landfills and waste incineration plants.
In the area included in the offer there is a maximum height limit for development equal to 12 m. The plan drawing specifies the areas which are obligatorily designated for organized parking units in the level of cellars (applicable to "Srebrna street A" and "Srebrna street C"). The plan drawing also specifies the area whose manner of development is designated as the green, communication and public recreation zone and as the obligatory execution of a pond (applicable to "Srebrna street B").

development status: undeveloped area; in the northern part of the real estate, on its edges there are a scarp and single trees, the property is partly overgrown with bushes, along the northern edge of lot No. 84/7 runs the collecting pipe of storm-water drainage;
utilities: municipal power, water, sewerage and gas networks in the streets adjacent to the property;
procedure of sale: open tender.
