- appliances for the production and acquisition of gas, electric power, water, steam; main supply points [GPZ], sewage treatment plants, landfills and waste incineration plants.
In the area included in the offer there is a maximum height limit for development equal to 12 m, the maximum area of the lots to be developed being 100% and the maximum inclination angle of roof surfaces equalling 35°. Part of the real estate is under the zone of town conservation.
